We suggest that you replace the vegetable sprayer hose.
Delta faucet quick connect problem.
Removethe sleeve bonnet and cartridge.
With quick snap connections newer delta widespread faucets feature quick snap installation.
Reinstall the cartridge making sure that the key is fully engaged with the slot in the brass body.
Removing the old sprayer hose.
Pull the trigger to drain out any water that still remains in the hose.
Follow these steps to check the quick snap connections.
Make sure the water suppliesare turned off.
Before beginning to remove the sprayer and hose assembly turn off the shutoff valve under the sink.
When pushing the quick connect fitting onto the tubing ensure that you have pushed the tubing in far enough that it has depressed the o ring and sealed the fitting.
If the fitting is only pushed in past the collet and has not created a seal water will be able to bypass the collet s teeth and exit out of the fitting.
Unscrew the slide nut that holds the spray head together.
The white retainer and o ring were most likely displaced through installation and removal of the quick connect hose connections.
Reinstall the cap on thecartridge.
The exact repair part will depend on the model and age of your faucet.
Reinstall the cartridge making sure thatthe key is fully engaged with the slot in the brass body.
Be sure the hot side marking on the cartridge is facing toward the right.
Install the bonnet and sleeve making sure the o ring is behind the groove on the brass valve body.
Reinstall the cap on the cartridge.
